What we do
The Vienna-based Start-up FullAccess is the point of contact for people with disabilities and event organisers alike. FullAccess offers solutions to all challenges related to leisure events and accessibility.
What we offer
With FullAccess, you can improve access to your events for people with the most diverse types of disabilities and open up an elusive group of customers, too.
Consulting, conception, ticketing, on-site service.
At a free consultation, we clarify your individual needs. We create a concept with accessibility solutions tailored to your venue.
An accessible ticket contingent will sell through our ticket shop “Aeon Tickets”, which allows a standardised ticketing.
We coordinate an on-site service during your event/festival.
What we stand for
In Austria, around 1.3 million people have disabilities, such as reduced mobility, sensory impairment, chronic diseases, mental health problems or learning disabilities. According to the Disability Report 2016, 57.8% of this heterogeneous group stated that they feel disadvantaged in their leisure time due to their disability.
Working with FullAccess will allow you to implement the requirements of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as set out in the Disability National Action Plan 2012-2020, in order to provide an accessible event experience for visitors with disabilities.
Who we are
FullAccess was founded in May 2016 by Christina Riedler, PhD student at the department of drama, film and media science, Community Manager and accompanying a person of visually impaired people, and the University of Applied Sciences FH Campus Wien graduate and social worker Martina Gollner, she is severely visually impaired since birth.
The many years of experience in the support of visually impaired people, the expertise in the field of social work and peer support in combination with the passion for live music events render FullAccess unique.
